By Art Morris
According to an email from Jeramie Grosenbacher of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, D’anne Schnakenberg has tendered her resignation from the Chamber to spend more time with her family.
Grosenbacher said, “While we will all miss her and the wonderful job she did for us, I have the utmost respect for her decision to put her family first in her life. D'anne will be with us until sometime in October.”
Jeramie also said in the email, “D'anne has given us a name of someone whom she feels could do a terrific job as Chamber Director and this candidate looks like a great possibility. Also, if you know of anyone who would like to be considered for this position, please encourage them to send their resume' no later than Tuesday, September 20th to P.O. Box 468 Aurora, MO 65605 Or fax it to 678-2170.”
We, too, will miss D’anne. She was very talented, and had a background in broadcasting. We wish her our best.
